For returns or exchanges, we ask that the customer please contact our customer service team within 72 hours of receipt of the shipment. We will accommodate the customer’s request as best we can. Shipments sent to the customer in error will be at no charge. Any unopened products may be returned on the customer’s behalf and will incur a 20% restocking fee. The customer pays for the return shipment cost.

There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier.
